What to Expect
Once you sign up, you will receive your Instructor Workbook with detailed information about the Ballerobica® Program, basic positions used, cardio combinations, resistance and toning workouts, common stretches, what to study for the online exam, and what to include in your submission video for certification. This is your home study guide to prepare you and keep you refreshed on information that will need to be able to pass the exam and the submission video.
You will also receive the Ballerobica® Main DVD, the Ballerobica® Express Workout and Target Zones DVD, and Promotional Flyers to help with advertising. You will also have one-on-one access to Lisa Juliet via email, unlimited access to the Instructors Forum, and access to one Zip Code Zone of your choice (additional Zip Code Zones can be purchased for $20 per zip code). What is Included in the Ballerobica® Instructor Certification Program
Basic (Online) Certification - ONLY $199!
§ Instructor Requirements
1. Must be at least 18 years old
2. Current CPR certification
3. Minimum 5 years experience in Ballet, Jazz, Modern, or Contemporary Dance (or other approved method) or ACE Group Fitness Certification (or approved equivalent).
§ Proof of certification or experience must be provided. This could be in the form of a copy of your current certification, transcripts, or a letter of recommendation.
4. Must pass online quiz with a score of 85% or better ($10 per quiz)
§ Up to two retakes will be accepted ($10 per retake)
5. Provide a 15-minute video clip demonstrating proper form and instructional ability. (See Instructor Manual for a list of specific areas that must be included in the short video.)
§ The 15-minute video can either be uploaded and emailed to www.ballerobica.com directly, or can be provided in the form of a video or DVD to a specified address. Please Contact Us for details.
